Make it clear.
Colossians 3:2-6, Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving. At the same time, pray also for us, that God may open to us a door for the word, to declare the mystery of Christ, on account of which I am in prison— that I may make it clear, which is how I ought to speak. Walk in wisdom toward outsiders, making the best use of the time. Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.
Even though in prison, Paul is thankful and asks his friends to open the way for him to declare the mystery of Christ, to be clear about his faith and to relate well to others: in short, to be winsome! Do we really approach our interactions with others with this desire to listen to them well and to graciously be clear in telling them about the good news about Jesus?
Give us grace for each moment, that we may be able to hear others with Your ears and be filled with Your wisdom about a gracious and clear response to bring glory to Your name in every situation that we deal with today!
