Isaiah 26;3-4, “The steadfast of mind Thou wilt keep in perfect peace, because he trusts in Thee. Trust in the LORD forever, for in GOD the LORD, we have an everlasting Rock.”

The Wisdom of Solomon says to trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. We are finishing a construction project and it’s always amazing to see how much time and preparation goes into the footings and foundation of a project. Jesus said that the foolish man builds his house on sand and the wise man on solid rock. When the storm comes and the wind blows the wise mans house stands steadfast, safe and secure from all harm, while the foolish man’s house falls down. How amazing to consider that the creator of the universe is not very far from every one of us and that He cares for each of us!

We put all of our trust in You, Lord, our everlasting rock, seeking You with all of our heart believing that You exist and that You reward those who diligently seek You!
