Thus they plundered the Egyptians.
Exodus 12:33-36, And the Egyptians urged the people, to send them out of the land in haste, for they said, “We shall all be dead.” So the people took their dough before it was leavened, with their kneading bowls bound up in the clothes on their shoulders. Now the sons of Israel had done according to the word of Moses, for they had requested from the Egyptians articles of silver and articles of gold, and clothing; and the Lord had given the people favor in the sight of the Egyptians, so that they let them have their request. Thus they plundered the Egyptians.
The Egyptians no longer had any doubt about the power of God; they had all personally suffered a loss life be it a firstborn child or livestock. The sons of Israel were spared this loss, and just as God told them, they simply asked for the wealth of the Egyptians and it was handed to these former slaves. What seems impossible for man is possible for God. He is ready to use us in His plans for today if only we are willing to be used.
Use us in Your plans, Lord; how amazing to see Your plans unfold for this world!
