Abba, Father.

Galatians 4:2-7, So also we, while we were children, were held in bondage under the elemental things of the world. But when the fulness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the Law, in order that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into our hearts, crying, “Abba! Father!” Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God.

We live under the illusion of freedom; clearly there is some kind of bondage in the world. All you have to do is look at the nursery. Children have to be taught to share, to tell the truth, to be generous, the opposite behavior comes naturally. The good news is that Jesus Christ has already redeemed us born in the bondage of sin, and He has adopted us as sons, sending us His Holy Spirit. We can look to the Father and call Him “Daddy!”
