The Lord has really risen.
Luke 24:33-35, And they arose that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found gathered together the eleven and those who were with them, saying, “The Lord has really risen, and has appeared to Simon.” And they began to relate their experiences on the road and how He was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.
The Lord is risen indeed, and He appeared in to many of His disciples in the days following His resurrection in order to leave no doubt. How wonderful that He appeared to Peter, despite the denials he had made. We all need His grace in our lives, for in our own strength we often fall short.
Thank You for Your wonderful grace and Your strength for today despite my own shortcomings!
