God who has mercy.
Romans 9:16, So then it does not depend on the man who wills or the man who runs, but on God who has mercy.
What a mystery. We who hear His voice, who recognize Him as our Great Shepherd, have nothing to be proud of. And we know nothing of what He wants to accomplish in others, we only know that we get to be part of all that He is doing. We can easily pray for His mercy to be showered out on those we know who have not yet recognized Him. Who knows what miracles He will perform in changing the hearts that seem to be so hard?
