Edification of the church.

1 Corinthians 14:12, So also you, since you are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek to abound for the edification of the church.

Isn't it amazing how much controversy this chapter stirs up? Paul gives us what's really important about everything we do in our worship and with our spiritual gifts: do it all in love, earnestly desire the greater gifts and use them to build up the church! What could be simpler?

Thank You for giving us the good gifts that we earnestly desire in order to build up the church and bring glory to Your name!
