But seek for His kingdom.
Luke 12:28-31, "But if God so arrays the grass in the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, how much more will He clothe you, O men of little faith! And do not seek what you shall eat, and what you shall drink, and do not keep worrying. For all these things the nations of the world eagerly seek; but your Father knows that you need these things. But seek for His kingdom, and these things shall be added to you."
We see the evidence of God's greatness all around us every day, so much that we take it for granted. There are tiny miracles of life that even our most sophisticated scientists struggle to understand. There is so much all around that proclaims the glory of God, if only we stop to look at it! He is asking us to trust Him to supply our needs, and to get our priorities in line with His.
Help me to seek You at every moment today, O Lord; thank You for supplying our needs!
