Unworthy slaves.

Luke 17:10, "So you too, when you do all the things which are commanded you, say, 'We are unworthy slaves; we have done only that which we ought to have done.'"

Jesus speaks of shocking forgiveness, of forgiving one who sins against us and repents seven times in a day. And He speaks of the amazing power of tiny, mustard seed sized faith, which has to give us hope. And most shocking of all, He reminds us that we are empowered, not to be the greatest as the world recognizes the greatest, but to be servants of all, literally slaves! Are we really ready to be used as His slaves, and allow His power to draw others to Him?

Use us today as Your slaves, that Your name might receive glory!
