The prophets prophesy falsely.

Jeremiah 5:30-31, "An appalling and horrible thing has happened in the land: the prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests rule on their own authority; and My people love it so! But what will you do at the end of it?"

We live in a time when we see this same phenomenon, where even those presumed to be spiritual are following after their own desires. We are blessed to have access to scripture in ways that have never existed before, yet how many take the time to read, study and believe? As we read we can ask His Holy Spirit to reveal His word to us, to remind us to walk in His light. Perhaps He will yet bring revival in our day.

We pray for revival, for the clear truth of scripture to prevail in our world!
